After your order is provisioned you receive a welcome email with your control panel username and a link to set your password.

1. Sign in to the client portal

Use the email address on your order. From the dashboard you can see your services, domains, invoices and tickets.

2. Open your control panel

Go to Services → My Services, open the service, and use the control panel button. Your username is shown on the same page.

3. Point your domain

If you registered the domain with us, nameservers are already set. If it is registered elsewhere, update the nameservers at your current registrar.
